On 5th July during Steve Orchard, Chief executive of Touch FM radio introduced the inaugural Pride of Warwick District awards. The event was hosted by radio presenters Ollie Grant and Kirsty Leahy and guests of honour included Chris White and Jeremy Wright, local MPs. The judges included Anne Day, Brand Manager for the sponsors Phillips 66 and Anita Burrows from Myton Hospice. Tustains Jewellers were successful in winning the Customer Care award, which was collected by Tom Milner.
Steve Orchard commented ahead of the awards ceremony, “Tonight’s finalists sum up everything that is great about life ‘round here. I spent hour after hour in the company of my fellow judges reading through hundreds of superb nominations. My warmest congratulations to all our finalists”.
Tustains had some stiff competition in the Customer care Award category from Chesca 12-24 and Vogue International Hairdressing. Tustains aim is to provide the best possible service to all their valued customers by giving them their individual attention. In a 2013 customer satisfaction survey 100% of customers said they would happily recommend Tustains to their family and friends.
For Tom Milner, this was the second back tie award ceremony of the week, as Tustains were also winners in the Watchpro Hot 100 in their “Retail Titans” category, awarded in the glamorous setting of the Millbank Tower, London. Tom was delighted to be a winner of this new award and said it was testament to the hard work and commitment of the whole team at the 89 Regent Street store.
