Returns

as a customer it is your  responsibility to ensure you are happy with all relevant details before placing an order. We will normally accept a return within 14 days providing that the item is returned new and unused and in its original packaging and with any accompanying documentation such as diamonds certificates etc.  New and unused means there are no scratches, marks, blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not be altered in any way.

The item is your responsibility until it has reached us. We recommend that you send the item using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

A 15% re-stocking charge will be made for all returns and deducted from any refund made.

Due to the nature of the items we sell it is necessary to specially make or order Items to fulfil a size requirement or stone size. In these cases the Items are non returnable unless faulty as they are none standards and therefore cannot be resold. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations2000. If this applies to an item you are ordering it will be made clear during the order stage.

Prices and Payment

Our advertised prices include VAT.

We process your payment at the time we receive your order, once we have verified your card details and checked that goods are available to despatch. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to despatch the goods within an acceptable time frame, we will inform you as soon as possible. Should you not be happy with any changes we will offer a full refund where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price shown on the website at the time we receive your order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices on our website are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
