Win a Tissot watch and support the Midlands Air Ambulance with Tustains jewellers at the Leamington Food Festival this weekend

If you’re a keen golfer why not join in the charity fundraising event organised by Tustains Jewellers as part of the Roya Leamington Spa Food and Drink festival on Saturday, 6th and Sunday 7th September?  Directors Tom and Joe Milner wanted the Tustains stand to be a little bit of fun so they’re offering the chance to win a stylish Tissot watch worth £250 for the best player on their putting green this Saturday. All proceeds from the entries will be going to a great local charity, the Midlands Air Ambulance, so everyone who participates is a winner!

In the 10 years the local Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance has existed the service has saved thousands of lives. The helicopter ambulances transport accident victims to the best hospital to get their specific injuries treated fast as well as their paramedics supporting patients at the scene of the accident itself. Tom Milner, director at Tustains, commented “We decided that, this year, we would support this important charity with our fundraising events. We were asked, as local Leamington retailers, to get involved with the Leamington Food Festival so this seemed a good opportunity to combine meeting many of our local customers with a little fundraising fun”.

The Leamington Food Festival promises to a popular family event again this year with Masterclasses, cookery theatre, a food tasting trail plus other live entertainments at the Royal Pump Room Gardens. Celebrity chef Brian Turner CBE will be joining the festival, alongside an estimated 25,000 foodies. Brian will be judging Aubrey Allen’s @Home Cook of the Year’ competition in the Live Kitchen, alongside local Michelin star chef Andreas Antona. Entry to the festival is free. Stephanie Kerr, from BID Leamington, said: “We have got a fantastic line-up for this year’s Leamington Food and Drink Festival with a feast of treats in store to celebrate local food and drink producers and retailers. The festival’s reputation is growing far and wide with visitors coming from all over the UK and further afield”.  Last year the Daily Telegraph rated the Leamington food festival in UK’s top 10.

To try your hand at the Tustains putting game and have the chance to win a stunning Tissot watch, you’ll find them situated in the new local businesses section of the festival.
