I really enjoyed the Channel 4 documentary this weekend 'Inside Boodles'. It was fascinating to get incite into this family run institution. It is also really exciting to see luxury retail in the media. The program along with the 'Inside Rolls Royce' documentary really highlight the attention to detail that goes into the customer experience on offer by these companies’.
At Tustains we experienced this first hand when our staff spent the day gathering inspiration from some of the amazing shops in Bond Street. Boodles were especially welcoming of our visit and Tustains staff still talks about how amazing the shop was.
‘Luxury’ means different things to different people and although this series concentrates on the extreme, I believe offering an experience in our own way to customers is as important as providing beautiful relevant jewellery for them.
